Every family can benefit from the support and encouragement given by a postpartum doula during the fourth trimester. You, the parents, are the heroes while Lisette is your trusty sidekick. There to help when things get rough, when you’re too tired to remember how a light switch works. Lisette is not the star of this show. You and your little one are. It would be her privilege to be part of your support team to help you transition into parenthood with a little more ease.
What can our Postpartum Doula help you with? Lisette can help with the following:
- Feeding support, whatever works for you and your baby;
- Care for your baby while you sleep because let’s face it, parenthood is exhausting;
- Light housekeeping – like that load of laundry that needs folding;
- Help with newborn care and soothing;
- Meal and snack preparation;
- Babywearing help and support.
Benefits of a Postpartum Doula:
- Greater Breastfeeding Success;
- Gain Confidence in Parenting;
- Lower Risk of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder;
- Continuous Emotional and Physical Support.

If cost is a barrier, you’re still welcome here. The Green Bottle is Lisette's sliding scale option for families who need support at a different rate. Reach out and we’ll figure out a plan that works for everyone—because community care should be accessible.
